1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the nx888 online platform, including the website, mobile app, and all related services. This document takes effect as soon as you click the "Register" button or access any part of our platform.

3 Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on nx888. Registering multiple accounts, whether using the same or different information, is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts without prior notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid email address. False or misleading information may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any existing balance.

• Usernames and passwords are the exclusive responsibility of the account owner.
• You must notify NX888 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be subject to administrative fees or automatic closure.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

5 Bonuses and Promotions

• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new member.

7 User Conduct

8 Account Closure and Suspension

• Valid balances in voluntarily closed accounts will be returned after the verification process.
• Accounts closed due to fraud will have their entire balance forfeited without any compensation.
